CAMANCHE — Doris A. Lorenzen, 87, of rural Camanche, died Tuesday at her home.
She was born Dec. 24, 1918, in Clinton to Herman and Mary Anna Nielsen Levine. She married Alden “Tiny” Lorenzen on March 2, 1942, in Clinton. He died in 1996.
She was a 1937 graduate of Clinton High School.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Craig (Jacquelyn) Lorenzen of rural Camanche; two daughters, Mrs. Sharon (Dale) Sharp and Cindy (Wallace) Williams, both of rural Camanche; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and two sisters.
The family requests that memorials be made to Mercy Hospice and Homecare.
