SAW MILL FOR SALE

A large new Steam Saw Mill with an engine of 45 horse-power, two Boilers with double flues and is now in good running order. Attached to the mill is 200 acres of Land which will be sold with it. The mill is on Elk River, one mile from the Mississippi River. Logs can be got to the mill in any good stage of water. With the mill and land will be sold 300,000 feet of good pine logs, worth $4,000 The logs are now at the mill.
