John and Jane Riedesel of DeWitt, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jolene Marie, to Robert E. "Schaef" Schaefer of Goose Lake. He is the son of the late Edmund and Darline Schaefer.
Vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. Nov. 27 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Grand Mound. A reception 5-8 p.m., followed by a dance, will be held at Fairyland Park Ballroom, south of DeWitt. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
The bride-elect graduated from Central Community High School, DeWitt, and is employed at Ennis Business Forms, DeWitt.
Her fiance is a graduate of Northeast Community High School, Goose Lake. He is employed by the Clinton County Conservation Board and is engaged in farming.
