The Clinton Herald Wednesday November 12, 1997 p. 5 Charlotte Kennedy of 1113 Fifth Ave., Sterling, Ill., is celebrating her 90th birthday. An open house will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Whiteside County Senior Center, 1207 W. Ninth, Sterling. Relatives and friends are invited. A card shower would be appreciated. She was born Nov. 16, 1907, in Clinton, to Charles and Katherine Clausen Neumann. She married Thomas Kennedy. She had been employed with the garment factory in Sterling for several years.
