The Last Will & Testament of Norman Harrison
Know all men by these presents that I, Norman Harrison of the County of Clinton and State of Iowa Farmer being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament.
1st I will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid.
2nd I give and bequeath to my son Charles Harrison Five dollars.
3rd I give and bequeath to my other five children and to one grand child to wit Sophronia (?) Holley, Maria Harrison, Lewis Harrison, David Harrison, Julia Ann Crouse and the child of my daughter Nancy the remainder of all my estate real, personal and mixed to be divided in six equal shares between them.

5th I hereby ordain and appoint my Son in Law James Holley and my daughter Sophronia (?) Executor & Executrix of this, my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in presence of the witnesses named below this Twenty Eighth day of September AD 1857
