Last Will and Testament of Catharine Albright

I Catherine Albright of Clinton County Iowa being of sound mind and memory and wishing to prepare for death do hereby make declare and publish the following as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me to wit:

I give bequeath and devise unto my son Andrew Jackson Aikman and to his heirs and assigns forever all of my Estate both real and personal of every kind whatsoever. Further I appoint my said son Andrew Jackson Aikman executor of this my said will and direct that he be not required to give any bond as such executor.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of September A. D. 1878.

The above and foregoing will was by the said Catharine Albright subscribed in our presence and was by her declared to be here last will and testament and at her request we the undersigned have in her presence and in the presence of each other hereunto set our hands and seals this 26th day of September A. D. 1878 as witnesses thereto.

I William Kreim, clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on this day at the April Term A. D. 1889 of said Court the will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date in the 26th day of Sept. 1878 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of Catharine Albright late of said County deceased and was by said Court ordered to be recorded as such will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the court at my office in Clinton in said County this 24th day of April A. D. 1889.
