Last Will and Testament of Honora Cahill

I Honora Cahill of Lyons in said County being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make this my last will and testament.

First: I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Cahill all my household furniture and all the personal property of whatever kind contained and being in my homestead at the time of my death.

Second: I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my property both real and personal and of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated to my said daughter Hannah Cahill and my son Jerry Cahill in equal shares.

Third: I nominate and appoint my said daughter Hannah executrix and my said son Jerry executor of this my last will and desire that they are not required to give bond.

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed this my last will on this 29th day of September A. D. 1887.

Signed sealed and published and declared as and for her last will and testament by the said Honora Cahill by making her mark thereto in the presence of us she at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I William Kreim, clerk of the District Court in and for said County do hereby certify that on this day at the January Term A. D. 1889 of said Court the will and instrument in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date in the 29th day of Sept. 1887 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of Honora Cahill late of said County deceased and was by said Court ordered to be recorded as such will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand and affixed the seal of the court at my office in Clinton in said County this 25th day of February A. D. 1889.
