The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, January 3, 1879

On Monday Mrs. D. S. True, sister of John and George W. Forrest, of this city, and possessing numerous acquaintances in Clinton, was married to Mr. Noyes B. Miner, at the residence, in Davenport, of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Forrest. The wedding was one of the most brilliant affairs of the winter. The presents were rich, costly, numerous and appropriate. We wish the newly wedded couple continuous joy for a long lifetime.
