SHOOTING – Henry Price, a young man about twenty years of age, was arrested last Sunday charged with shooting Erick Matson, at a German dance on Saturday night, at Frahm’s Saloon. It is claimed that Price was intoxicated and that he shot twice at Matson, one ball scratching the left arm a little. Price in defense said he was shot at first and that he only fired once in return. On arraignment before Justice Matthews, Price waived examination and was bound over to appear at the District Court for trial. J. S. Darling appeared for the prisoner. Bail was fixed at $500 which was furnished by John Crowley and Mitchell Collins.
