Bridge Hanging

A family story handed down that William Bolsinger, husband of Blanche Fogel was found hung under a bridge in Clayton County? Family of Blanche Fogel guessed his birth year of about 1884, some census documentation along with a cemetery record hint that it may have been 12/1882.
I do not have any more Information on this except
his ancestry as follows; I do not have the cemetery record nor census at this time.

He married ELLA L. INGLES. She was born September 02, 1861 in Pennsylvania, and died November 01, 1948 in Turkey River, Millville Twp., Clayton Co., Iowa.
