Searching for any information on the family Petschauer. Joseph and Margaret who lived in Jefferson Township (per 1910 census) with their widowed daughter Frances Dorweiler and her children Fred, Mary, and Edward. Per the 1920 census, Joseph and Margaret lived on First St or Ave. in Guttenburg. Also looking for information on any other Petschauers who farmed in Clayton County before and after the turn of the century. My great grandparents and children had a farm there. How do I find records? Are they in Elkador? Also Mary (Maria) Petschauer married Henry Floeder in Iowa and they had three sons before Henry's death. ANY information (or how to find information) would be most appreciated.
