THOMSS, MEYER, MULLER

I am seeking information on Elizabeth (Thomss, Thomas) Meyer who was married to the butcher, Joe Meyer, in Elkader (1856). He passed away from an accident in 1870. I believe he and his wife had 3 children. I have traced the two boys who both passed away in California. I do not know what happened to Bertha Meyer born around 1859.

In 1872, I believe Elizabeth remarried Henry Muller. They had a son, Charles in December, 1873. He and his half brother, Edward, were placed by the court in care of Joseph Schwartz in May 1874. According to these records, Charles was Elizabeth Muller's heir and she was deceased. It does not mention Henry Muller.

I am trying to find death information (Dec. 1873-May 1874) for Elizabeth and also further information regarding her daughter, Bertha, Betsey or Bertie. She was 10 at the time of 1870 census record. Thanks
