Ev.-Luth. Kirchengemeinde St Jacobi is the name of the Church. There is no microfilm.
You must write to the church directly. You must also send $25.00 for a response. $25.00 is only worth about $17.50 euros, and the bank charges for changing the money. They probably only end up with 10-12 euros. Then it costs them about 2 euros to reply.

That may or may not get you any information. They usually charge for doing research. You may only get a response that they will do the work for you.

It is not like here in the USA where someone may look up something for free. Things are also very expensive in Germany, so even 10 euros will not even pay for a meal. My cousin, in Germany, just informed me that when I come to plan on 20 euros for a meal. That is 25 American dollars.
