Hannah M. Teeter Hunt burial place?

I have received some burial info. from a Hunt family researcher, indicating that Hannah M. (Teeter) Hunt is buried in Lot 26 of the Luana Methodist cemetery, and that the lot was purchased on August 15th 1867. I'm believe that the cemetery they call the Methodist, is the same as the rural cemetery outside of Luana. I know that Hannah's son Horace D. Hunt is buried in the rural cemetery, but don't know his lot number. I have been to the cemetery several times and have not been able to find a stone for Hannah.

Hannah Melissa Teeter was the daughter of Moses Teeter and Anna Christina Palmer Cook.

If there is anyone with access to the records of this cemetery, I would very much appreciate a lookup for Lot 26.
