Dear D.M.
There are two places on the Clayton co. website where Hahneman Medical college is mentioned, but either indicate that the contributor has access to graduate records for Hahneman College. One is in a directory of Clayton co. physicians: http://www.rootsweb.com/~iaclayto/directory/doctors_1883.htm
and the other in an obit for Dr. I.P. Howard, dated 1931:

I think that this college still exists - you might want to try and locate the mailing address or an email address and ask if they have a records archives. I obtained college records for one of my ancestors by writing to the school they attended in the 1890's.... so sometimes it is possible to obtain the old records if you perservere.
