I think this is optical character recognition (OCR), right? I'm finding that the "H" in Henkes is getting recognized as an "M." A lot of the "MENKES" in the index are actually HENKES.

I would put a comment on the webpage, but the comment button in the upper right wasn't working for me.

Just for an example:
