Hi Betty,
All I have is the 1940 biography of Msgr Taken from 'Who's Who in Iowa' 1940. I've transcribed it & it's posted on the Clayton co. website in the 1940's biography file.

Did his sisters also live in Clayton county? If so, knowing their married names might be helpful (if you know them). Also, check out the Dubuque co. IAGenWeb and Winnebago co. IAGenWeb sites to see if they have any info.
