I am searching for information about Henry Wehler (or Heinrich Wehler or Henry Wheeler) who lived in Clayton County between abt. 1848 until abt. 1880. I believe he died in or after 1880, when he was living with his son and daughter-in-law, Gustaf and Regina (Shepard) Wehler in Mendon, Clayton Co. Henry's wife Wilhelmine (Meier) Wehler passed away in 1867 and is buried in St. Paula Cemetery in Osterdock. Does anyone have information on the Wehler family, including when they immigrated to the US from Germany (approx. 1848)? Thank you!
