new home!

hello we just closed on our first home in north buena vista and were told that it was an old creamery dated some where around 1900's. I have done some searching on my own and all i have found is in a book dated 1922 called milk plant monthly it was called star creamery ran by george hefel and george vanderhaer. Does any one have any information on this or know where to get it? what i would really like is a photo! lol thanks
