I have some slight information on Anna Paul because of work done by George Scheffert of Lincoln NE. Frank spelled his name Shefferd, but most of his siblings spelled in Scheffert or Sheffert. My information has Anna Paul born June 5, 1860 in Clearport, Fairfield Co. OH. Census data may give you her parents names. She died July 14, 1916 in Stella NE. I have a picture of her with her children and one of Frank.
