Mrs. James S. Dunn, who lived at West Union and was one-time a resident of Elkader, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. J. Raftis, in Oelwein, on Thursday, March 04, at the age of 82 years.

Funeral services were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock at Sacred Heart church in Oelwein, with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery in Elkader.

Surviving are her husband, James S. Dunn, two sons, Peter of New Orleans and T. R. Dunn of Chicago; three daughters, Mrs. H. J. Friend of New Hampton, Mrs. J. T. Lillis and Mrs. Raftis, both of Oelwein, and three grandchildren.
