GUTTENBERG: Louis Geuder died at his home, Sunday evening, about 7 o'clock. He was born in Guttenberg 72 years ago and has been a resident of this city all his life. Mr. Geuder had been in poor health for several months.

His survivors are his wife and eleven children: Otto of Waukon, Mrs. Mehrholtz of Wisconsin, Mrs. Pladna of Illinois, Mrs. Scollard of Minneapolis, Mrs. Meder of Chicago, Ernest, Louisa, Anna, Clarence, John and Mrs. Ted Kann, of Guttenberg; three sisters and one brother, and many other relatives.

The funeral was held in St. John's Lutheran church, Wednesday p.m. at 2 o'clock. The Rev. W. J. F. Adix officiated at the church and the graveside. Burial was made in the city cemetery.
