STRAWBERRY POINT: Funeral services of Mrs. Wilhelmina Hagge were held at the Emanuel's Lutheran church Tuesday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Max O. Jahr. The casket bearers were; Chris Fliehler, Geo. Kray, Wm. Reiniets, Fred Lundt, Joe Bierrer and Phin Weig. Interment was made in the Strawberry Point cemetery.

Wilhelmina Rehmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Rehmann, was born at Mecklenburg-Schwerin, Germany, on Oct. 20, 1853, and died at her home in Strawberry Point Sunday morning, April 18, after an illness of several months. She was united in marriage to Christian Hagge on Oct. 23, 1873, at Glambeck, Germany. In 1883, Mr. and Mrs. Hagge came to this country and located at Strawberry Point, which has since been the home. Mr. Hagge passed away Nov. 12, 1934. Mrs. Hagge was a faithful and earnest member of the Ladies Aid society, and an honorary member. Wherever help was needed and in time of sickness, Mrs. Hagge was always ready to do whatever she could. The example she set may all follow.

Surviving are three sons and one daughter: John Hagge, Aberdeen, Wash.; William Hagge, Marshfield, Ore.; Karl Hagge, who lived with his mother, and Mrs. E. F. (Minnie) Buenneke of Scranton, Iowa; also 11 grandchildren, and a brother at Twin Falls, Idaho.
