Clayton County Register, Thur., 19 Nov. 1931. Volga column.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning at Sacred Heart church here for John Leahy, who died Sunday morning. Services were conducted by the local pastor, Rev. D. P. Cregan.

Burial was made in Hill Crest cemetery.

Deceased leaves to mourn the following: Five sisters, Mrs. John Dullard of West Union; Mrs. Thos. Baldwin of Wadena; Mrs. Peter McEvoy of Greene, Iowa; Miss Margaret of Riceville; Agnes at home; three brothers, Tim, Rich. and Frank at home; one sister, Hannah having preceded him in death but a week ago; his wife and parents also preceded him in death.
