Elkader Register, Thur., 29 July 1920. Littleport column.

The old gentleman Schlee died at his home the latter part of the week after a brief illness. He had been an old resident here and was quite widely known hereabout. The funeral occurred Saturday and was largely attended by his old friends and neighbors. We are without further data of the mans past at this time. We extend our sympathy as does all.
