Elkader Register, Thur., 26 Feb. 1920. Elkport column.

Word was received here Wednesday that Charles Groth, who had been seriously ill at Evanston, Ind., died at that place of pneumonia and the remains arrived here on Saturday and were brought to the home of Sam Smith. The funeral was held on Sunday at Mount Harmony, Rev. P. Stolz officiating. Deceased leaves his wife and two children who will sadly miss him.
