On Sunday last, about 4 o'clock p.m., a curious but sad accident occurred on the premises of Mr. Sturdevant, who resides four miles west of our town. His wife was out in the yard on an errand and a honey bee stung her on the face, just below the eye, from the effects of which she died in about 15 minutes. She leaves a husband and three small children to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate mother and companion.
