Elkader Register, Thur., 02 Dec. 1880. Strawberry Point column.

The diphtheria is subsiding somewhat, no new cases being reported. The latest victim to this fell destroyer was Miss Anna Eckert, an inmate of C. H. Bungay's family, who died Monday night last.
