Called Home
Death has visited our community and two of its members have been quietly laid to rest. On Monday morning the touching ceremonies of the Catholic church were held over the remains of the little son of Thomas McGuire. This little child was lulled to its eternal sleep in the tenth year of its age.

The loss of this promising son, the only one, is truly painful to the family, and what seems to give the sorrow a keener pang, was the fact that Mr. McGuire's only daughter was laid to rest but one week before her little brother.

The last words of Tommy ere he expired, were "Mamma, I am going to be with my little sister tonight. Good bye!"

Burial = St. Mary's Catholic, McGregor.
