John Berwick died Thursday morning. Mr. Berwick was about ninety years of age and everyone that knew him will be sorry to her of his death. He has for the past forty years made his home with the Wm. Laxon family, who have taken care of him as only brother and sister can. Mr. Berwick had no relatives in this county. May he rest in peace.

The funeral of John Berwick took place Sunday from the home of Mrs. Laxson, Rev. James Beatty officiating. The burial took place in Hall's cemetery.
