On Friday April 17th, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wareham, of Ceres, occurred the death of their son Herman. He was yet a young man only twenty-five years old. He was sick only three days with the dreaded disease spinal meningitis. A father, mother and several brothers are left to mourn his loss, but there is a nearer and dearer one - his wedding was to have been this spring.
