Elkader Register, Fri., 14 Feb. 1896.

Hans Christenson died at his home near St. Olaf, Wednesday, Feb. 5th, at the age of 72 years. He leaves a mother aged 93 years, and six children, three sons and three daughters, his wife having died about three years ago. The funeral was held on Friday last.

Thos. Christenson, of Chicago, was in town Saturday visiting friends. He was called home to St. Olaf last week by the death of his father, Hans Christenson.
