Elkader Register, Thur., 28 Dec. 1893. Clayton column.

Mrs. Baltsie died last Friday. She had gone over to Wisconsin to take care of her daughter, Mrs. Osborne, who was sick, and was taken sick herself and died there. Her remains were brought here, and on Saturday taken to Osterdock for burial. We are without further particulars.
