Elkader Register, Thur., 06 Apr. 1893. Elkport column.

Mrs. Every, wife of William Every, aged 30 years, died Monday night after a lingering illness of consumption. Mrs. Every was a daughter of Phillip Stover, of Elk twp., and was a lady of rare worth. She leaves a husband and five children to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate wife and mother. The funeral took place Wednesday. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.
