Elkader Register, Thur., 18 Jan. 1894.

DIED - At Oelwein, on Wednesday morning, Jan. 10, 1894, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Bingham, formerly of this place, were left desolate by the death of Helen Maud, their only child. From the Record we learn that Helen, who was a bright, winning child of twelve years, attended school on Monday, but on Tuesday she was taken with the disease that has taken her beyond the reach of care and pain. The funeral was at Monona on Thursday last. Mr. and Mrs. Bingham's Clayton County friends deeply sympathize with them in their great affliction.
