Elkader Register & Argus Thur., 24 Oct. 1918.

Wallace W. McNally was born March 14, 1898 at Armstrong, Iowa. He moved with his parents to Clayton county, near Gunder in 1900, where he died Oct. 7, 1918. He was sick only eight days with lobar pneumonia. Five days before he was taken sick he answered his questionnaire and was ready for his country's call.

He leaves to mourn his death, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. McNally, three brothers and three sisters, one lives.
