Heaton, Harriet Jane died 1857

DIED - At McGregor, on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 30th, Harriet Jane, wife of Horace Heaton, R.R. Contractor, Waterburym, Vermont.

The deceased was 27 years of age. Her short residence among us and her declining health for the most of the time prevented a general acquaintance, but those who knoew her speak of her as a most excellent woman. We deeply sympathise with the bereaved husband in this most trying of all earthly afflictions.
