Clayton County Register, Thur., 27 Sept. 1934.

Christof, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Christof Scherf, died Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at the home of his parents in Pony Hollow at the age of two months and twelve days.

Funeral services were held at the home at 10:15 Tuesday morning, and interment was made in the Garnavillo cemetery, the Rev. M. J. Harder officiating.
