Mrs. Charles Radebah, nee Elizabeth Adeline Craig, life-long resident of Clayton County, passed away at her farm home in Millville township on Sunday morning, at the age of 55 years, one month and 24 days, following an illness of long duration. Mrs. Radebah was born on a farm in Millville township, Clayton county, Iowa, on July 2, 1879, where she grew to womanhood. For some time she was successfully engaged as a teacher in the rural schools of Clayton county. On February __, 1911, she was married to Charles Radebah. After their marriage the couple settled on a farm, where deceased spent the remainder of her ambitious and true Christian life. Mrs. Radebah was a kind and loving wife, mother, sister and friend, always ready with heart and hand to help those in need, which won for her many friends during life, and by whom her memories will be forever cherished. During her illness she was a patient sufferer. All was done for her that could be done to save her life, but all of no avail. Her death is deeply mourned by her husband, one son, three daughters, two grandchildren, several sisters and brothers and many other relatives and friends, who will all sadly miss her. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. N. E. Nothdurft, of Colesburg, at the Graham church on Tuesday afternoon, with interment in the Oakhill cemetery at Colesburg. The funeral was largely attended by relatives and friends from far and near.
