Ernest Wilkens, of Arlington, a grandson of E. Schoeppe and wife, of this place, passed away at the home of his parents last Sunday. The little fellow has been sick for some time with kidney trouble and the best skill that the loving parents and friends could do for him was done, but of no avail. Friends extend to the heartbroken parents and grandparents their heartfelt sympathy. The funeral will occur at Arlington Wednesday, Rev. Fuehr officiating, and the remains will be laid to rest in our local cemetery.
