The death of John Bruggman occurred last Friday. Funeral services were held at the home Saturday, Rev. O. C. DePuy officiating.

On Saturday, February 4th, 1905, from the home of his son, Frederick, near County Corners was held the funeral of Mr. John Buggman.
Mr. Buggman was born in Mecklenburg, Schwerin, Germany, January 22, 1829. He came to America in 1850, and settled near Clayton Center, this county. Most of his life here has been spent in Clayton County.
He died February 3d, 1905.
Two sons, Fred and William, and the daughters, Mary, Lena and Augusta, with other relatives and friends, are left to mourn his loss.
The services were conducted by Rev. O.C. DePuy and the body was laid to rest in the Noble cemetery.

Note: There is a family stone in Noble cemetery, surname is spelled BRUGGEMAN on the stone.
