Elkader Register, Thur., 10 Nov. 1904. Strawberry Point column.

The death of Mrs. Wenzel occurred at her home last Thursday evening. She was stricken with the second stroke of paralysis last year and since that time had been confined to her bed or chair. She moved here from Hawkeye last year. The funeral occurred at the Lutheran church last Sunday, Rev. Graf officiating. The remains were laid to rest beside her child at St. Sebald.
