Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Nov. 1902. Local News columns.

Mrs. Ann Cox, aged 45 years, died at the county home Sunday. Burial in the Hansel cemetery, Mallory twp.

>Clayton County Death Register of Deaths, Vol A, pg 25 gives burial in Brown's Graveyard. Age 54.

>1885 IA State Census, Mallory twp. enumerated F.M. Cox, age 51 & Annie Cox, age 32; 3 y/o Irvine Cox and 84 y/o Rachel Cox

>The 1911 Death Cert. of Frank Cox also gives burial in Brown cemetery.
