Elkader Register, Thur., 25 Sept. 1902. Elkport and Vicinity column.

William Brown, aged 62 years, died Saturday from heart failure. The funeral took place Monday and was largely attended. Mr. Brown has been a resident of Volga twp. for over 30 years and is known as an honest, upright man. He leaves a wife and four children who have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.
