Elkader Register, Thur., 14 Aug. 1879. Town and County columns.

Mrs. Ezra Monlux, of Wagner twp., died on Monday morning, of paralysis. Mrs. Monlux was a sister of Mrs. Isaac Havens, of this place, and was well known throughout the county, and had many friends who will regret her death. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon, and attended by a large number of friends and relatives.

Note: The 1882 biography of Ezra names her as Susannah Wagner.
