On Wednesday, Dec. 23d, the dark angel of death visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Partch, of Cox Creek twp., and took away their only son James Franklin. The little one was born Feb. 16, 1893, and was nearly 3 years old. The hearts of the bereaved parents are sadly wrung with grief over their loss. They have the heartfelt sympathy of their friends in their distress.

(Note: If the given birth date is correct the child would be nearly 4 years old at death.)
