Elkader Register, Thur., 24 Aug. 1899. Volga City Views column.

Tuesday forenoon the little infant of Mr. and Mrs. John Probert died. The little one had never been well and has suffered greatly for the past few months. The family have the sympathy of this community. The funeral was held on Wednesday and was largely attended, Rev. Shiffer officiated.
