The residents of Guttenberg were shocked very much on Wednesday by learning of the death of Mr. Burkhart, which occurred while attending the Rotary banquet. Mr. Buckhart was the Proprietor of the Guttenberg Rexall Drug store for several years, having moved here from Hawkeye. He leaves a widow, one son Robert, one daughter Betty, an aged mother and father, several sisters and brothers, and many other relatives and friends to mourn his death. The funeral was held from the Masonic Temple on Saturday p.m., and burial made in the City cemetery.
