Jeanette Brown, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Brown of Clayton township, passed away at the home of her parents, on Monday, November 9, 1925, after a short illness. The little one had been ill with diphtheria, when the other complications set in and caused her death. Her parents, two sisters, two brothers and many other relatives deeply mourn her untimely death. She was a child of a kind and loving disposition, and will be sadly missed in the home. The little body was laid to rest in the city cemetery here, on Tuesday morning. Services were conducted by Rev. Emil Lehne, of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran church, of this city, at the grave.
