Elkader Register, Fri. morning, 17 Dec. 1897. Littleport column.

The remains of Mrs. John Hennesy was brought here for interment last week from Greeley where she had died quite suddenly of heart failure. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all their old neighbors in their sad affliction.

(Note: WPA records indicate Mary Hennesey, 1848 - 1897, buried in Sacred Heart cemetery.)
